Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Avorentxj ("the Site", "we") processes the personal information that readers share when visiting avorentxj.com or writing to us through the contact form.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Avorentxj, with editorial address at Av. Álvaro Obregón 185, 4th floor, Col. Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, 06700, Mexico City, Mexico. For any question related to personal data, write to privacy@avorentxj.com.

2. Data we process

We collect only the name, email and message you decide to send us through the form. Additionally, if you accept the corresponding categories in the cookie banner, we process aggregated navigation and advertising data via Google Consent Mode v2.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to reply to your message, improve the editorial quality of the Site, and comply with legal obligations. In Mexico, the legal basis is the consent granted under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

4. Retention

Messages are kept for twenty-four months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Advertising measurement data follows Google's retention periods and only if you authorized the corresponding category.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data. We use technology providers such as Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads and measurement), which act as processors for the categories you have authorized. No form data is sent to Google.

6. International transfers

Some providers process information outside Mexico (European Union and United States). We only work with providers that offer guarantees equivalent to the LFPDPPP through standard contractual clauses.

7. ARCO rights

You may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights (ARCO rights) by writing to privacy@avorentxj.com. We will respond within twenty business days as required by the LFPDPPP.

8. Minors

The Site is aimed at persons over eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect data from a minor, we delete it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: TLS encryption, access control, data minimization, and annual audits by an independent third party.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or editorial changes. The new version will be published on this same page with the date of update.
